Cover blue circles under the eyes with a yellow colored concealer. Cover brown circls with a lilac concealer.   Hide those red blimishes or rosacia skin with a green concealer. When using a colored concealer you can mix it with your eyecream, foundation, or any other skin colored concealer. Don't go too light with your concealer.  It will show more than hide.
